Resolution 30-2026 to authorize the submission of an application to the Ohio Public Works Commission for an infrastructure grant to repave Rowe Road and other streets and alleys with the Village.

Resolution 31-2026 to adopt the tax budget for the Village of Lockbourne Ohio for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2027, and submit the same to the Franklin County Budget Commission.

Resolution 32-2026 to authorize the Village Administrator and the Village Fiscal Officer to report Village Ordinances and Resolutions.

Resolution 33-2026 authorizing a permanent transfer of funds from the General Fund Capital Outlay Account (1000-310-590) to the General Fund Heating Oil Account (1000-310-314), amending appropriations accordingly, and declaring an emergency.
