Public Notice!
The Village of Lockbourne Council recently adopted the following resolution.
Resolution 41-2026 to transfer monies in the amount of thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000.00) within the general fund from the other Capital Outlay Account 1000-320-590 and transfer said monies to the Lands & Buildings Repairs & Maintenance Account 1000-730-431 and declaring an emergency
Summary: The resolution approves transfer of funds from Other Capital Outlay Account 1000-320-590 to Lands & Buildings Repairs & Maintenance Account 1000-730-431 for the repairs and renovations of the municipal building damage caused by a water-line break. The emergency being the necessity to restore safe and functional work and records-storage areas and to prevent further disruption of essential Village operations.

Parks and Recreation Committee
The Parks and Recreation Committee is working on upgrades to Boot Jack Square. Renderings are available at the Village Office for review.

The Planning Commission has drafted a village comprehensive plan map that is available for review at the Village Office.

A lasting tribute is coming to Lockbourne Veterans Park. The new granite Lockbourne / Rickenbacker Memorial Wall will honor the legacy of those who served at the historic Air Force base—including the Tuskegee Airmen, the WASPs, and other military trailblazers. This powerful monument will preserve their stories and inspire generations to come.
