PUBLIC NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Lockbourne, Ohio as provided in this Public Notice – Invitation To Bid, for construction of the Lockbourne Memorial Wall Project.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Village of Lockbourne, Ohio, ATTN: Mayor Christie Ward, 85 Commerce Street, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137, and plainly marked on the outside “Lockbourne Memorial Wall Project Bid.” Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, April 16, 2026.

Bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Lockbourne Historical Hall, 206 Vause Street, Lockbourne, Ohio 43137.

NOTE – All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Village Council reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
