The Village of Lockbourne will host an Open House on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. (during the Community Block Party) at the Lockbourne Historical Hall, 206 Vause Street, Lockbourne, to consider the Lockbourne Comprehensive Land Use Plan

Lockbourne Ordinances & Resolutions

The Village of Lockbourne Council recently adopted the following resolutions.

Resolution 32-2026 to authorize the Village Administrator and the Village Fiscal Office to repost Village Ordinances and Resolutions

The resolution reauthorizes the fiscal officer to repost Village ordinances and resolutions from 2016 to present in accordance with the general policy established for such processes.

Resolution 33-2026 authorizing a permanent transfer of funds from the General Fund Capital Outlay Account (1000-310-590) to the General Fund Heating Oil Account (1000-310-314), amending appropriations accordingly, and declaring an emergency

The resolution authorizes the transfer of funds from the Capital Outlay Account to the Heating Oil Account in the amount of $5,000 to provide sufficient funds for heating the Historical Hall through the end of the year.

This resolution adopts the 2027 tax budget for Lockbourne.

– Fly High Forever

A lasting tribute is coming to Lockbourne Veterans Park. The new granite Lockbourne / Rickenbacker Memorial Wall will honor the legacy of those who served at the historic Air Force base—including the Tuskegee Airmen, the WASPs, and other military trailblazers. This powerful monument will preserve their stories and inspire generations to come.
