Public Notice!

The Village of Lockbourne Council recently adopted the following resolutions.

Ordinance 35-2026 authorizing the Village Administrator to enter into a contract for solid waste collection, curbside recycling, and yard waste services through SWACO Consortium III for a five-year period commencing in 2027 and ending in 2031, and declaring an emergency

The ordinance authorizes the Village Administrator to sign an agreement with SWACO Consortium III for trash collection, curbside recycling and yard waste collection from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031.

Resolution 36-2026 authorizing submission of an application for the Ohio Public Works Commission infrastructure grant for repaving of Rowe Road, streets and alleys within the Village and declaring an emergency

The resolution authorizes the Village Administrator to submit an application for the Ohio Public Works Commission grant for repaving of the Village roads.

Residents are encouraged to review the full resolutions, which are available in the Village office and on the Lockbourne website: www.lockbourneohio.us

A lasting tribute is coming to Lockbourne Veterans Park. The new granite Lockbourne / Rickenbacker Memorial Wall will honor the legacy of those who served at the historic Air Force base—including the Tuskegee Airmen, the WASPs, and other military trailblazers. This powerful monument will preserve their stories and inspire generations to come.
